Kyle....when you go to check in online 24 hours before the flight....it will say upgrade is available....or you can click on change seats to see if it's available!

If you're not an eleVAte member...you should sign up for it now....even if you took a flight 30 days from the time you signed up...you can add those too! From your account you can keep track of your flights and VX loves to send out promotions to their eleVAte members!

Donna - Virgin America still is not on par with Virgin Atlantic. Any way you paint it. Admit it. And just because all other airlines are doing something doesn't mean you should. Seperate yourself from the pack and stick with the values that made Virgin Atlantic so great. Pass this along to Branson, please. Thanks.

That video was beyond BORING! It took everything I had to endure watching it for around 3 minutes........please someone edit it so it is even watchable. Pretty Blond girl flipping her hair around for 5 minutes is not going to hold peoples interest....
