My friend Chef Dave in Philly of David Craig's Catering wanted to share his Banana's Foster Pudding recipe...Yum:
- One loaf brioche bread
( crust removed and cut into cubes)

- One loaf store bought
banana bread ( cut into cubes)

- 6 cups milk

- 8 eggs

-2 cups sugar

-1 tea sp vanilla

-2 bananas

-3 tble spoons butter

-6 tble spo...ons brown
sugar

4 oz banana liquour

Place cubed bread in a
greased pan

- add sugar and milk and
heat until sugar disolved

- slowly add milk
mixture to the eggs and vanilla in a separate bowl

once incorporated add to
bread mixture to soak and bake at 350 for 30 to 45 min ( the top will get very
puffy no worries it will come down during cooling)

for sauce

add butter and brown
sugar in a pan

when smooth add slice
bananas and flame with liquor

serve on the side of
bread pudding
