oh ooh! and this concert would mean a ton to me because I absolutely love Skillet, Decyfer Down and Hawk Nelson and am devastated that I cant go. Guess I learned my lesson about procrastinating!

I was suppose to go to bed at 10 tonight but put it off to try to win the tickets I put off buying till it was too late

Awesome, I'm good at procrastinating. So, in 8th grade I had this teacher who was really strict. He assigned a 5 pg paper on WW2, you could choose either the axis or the allied sides. I put it off until the night before. So my mom stayed up with me helping me with the paper until 1 in the morning.

I got it done, 13 pages, but I didn't read the entire manifesto, and I was assigned to be PRO manifesto XD. I ended up getting a B on the paper....well a B-, but that's a B still :D

Procrastinated doing a project for State FBLA competition for making a promo video threw it all together in 3 days and ended up taking 5th in the whole state!!!

Hello. I am a 45 year old mother of 5 (plus two extras). I have been wanting to go to see Decipher Down & Skillet for as long as you have been advertising it. I love "Fading"! Both bands are so much like the rock of the late 70's & early 80's (when I was a teen). My boys often don't even have to ask me to crank up the stereo in the car (I beat them... See More to it). :o) The older four boys thought they would be going to dare to share on the 6th & 7th (& I would be chaperoning). But by the time we figured out how much it would cost for each & realized we couldn't afford it, I thought "I can still go to the concert". Went online for tickets last night & all were gone. :(
Oh wait, you just want any procrastinating story, huh? This is my life story... late often due to putting off leaving for my destination. My husband always says, "It's starting now,...you can leave." (I am not proud of this.)

well by procrastinating you don't have time to hem-and-haw over things once you start. it's do-or-die as opposed to constant corrections and tweaking all the little things. usually you end up fixing too much. so i've always did the 'wait 'til the last minute' thing with when i was in high school. and if you're reallly lucky someone else will do the house work! lol

I had a paper due and 3 weeks to do it but it was such a big paper i just couldnt start it had to be submitted at midnight i started it around 1130 then emailed my teacher saying i couldnt upload it for some lame excuse she said i could turn it in tomorro so i was gonna wake up early b4 school and do it but i procrastinated that...then went to ... I hate procrastinating yet im so good at it, last year i had a huge project due, we had to make a Scrap book as though you were an immigrant coming throuh Ellis Island and it was worth like 150 points and I waited till the day before, to do it all... took me hours. I couldn't tear myself away from "Yours, Mine and Ours" --the movie Hawk Nelson is in--one reason why I have 7 kids, they made it look so fun! It is :) Plus, we were waiting for Jason and Daniel to send us tickets.

Christmas 2003, I was putting off plans for Christmas. Decided to wallow in my sarrow, hundreds of miles away from any family. My best friend "forced" me to go to the movies with her and her church friends. Long story short I met my wife among her church friends, became a Christian within a few months and am living the happily ever after now! (PS, God has since removed procrastination from my life LOL)

Actually... my story's kind of pathetic, but I'll share anyway. I was helping lead a high school lock-in last weekend, and I heard this sweet song "I don't live a perfect life, but God knows I'm trying..." It really hit me in my heart... but I couldn't remember the lyrics later on (awake for over 24 hours does that to ya.) So... I happened to ... I'm swabbing it all down with a Dakin's Solution and headin to bed.. only 2.5 hours late! Ha! I am the Queen of Procrastination... workin on that... workin on that! Only rarely does it pay off! Good thing God's got my back! Honestly you guys would bless my socks off if you gave me those tickets.. I don't get much time with my 13 year old son and he would be oh so impressed with mom if I showed up in Denver with those tickets this weekend!

One time I waited till the last minute to pack for a trip and I forgot some of my clothes don't ever wait till the last minute to pack it was a long weekend

I am trying to get a scrapbook together for my son. I bought the book and ll of the bells and whistles needed to do it before he was born so I could make sure I never missed a thing. Well he is 8 now-pretty soon I am going to get that started!

full time job, 10 units at school, two sons full time, single mom, lost the live CD set bought beginning of this year in a fire, DIDN'T EVEN REALIZE MY MOST FAVE BAND HAD ANOTHER CONCERT HERE with all the aforementioned ♥ d them @ Heavenfest though!!!!

I waited for 3 week for 3 grades for an online English class. It turns out that I had 3 zeros and had to drop the class. I was procrastanating in not asking her when I would get my grade. If I had asked her when I didn't receive my first grade, I would still be in the class.

I have Christmas cards from between last year all the way back to 2000 that are all over my house that I never sent. I did all the work (sometimes I made them!) and didn't send them. They are addressed and have stamps on them. Some have many, many one cent stamps because I would find them throughout the years and the postage would have gone up. I ... See Morewould add the one cent stamps and then forget about the card(because who really wants to mail a Christmas card in July), find it years later, and then have to add more one cent stamps! Still, after many stamps, I have all these cards hiding everywhere! So everyone knows, if your Christmas card didn't get started on within the first 25 cards, you are probably not getting one. At least not on time and maybe years later with weird looking postage! I told all of my family that I am starting on them NOW so that this year will be different! There is hope!!

Well, it's just more fun to procrastinate! Buying the tickets earlier would have been way too easy. Now I've have the exciting challenge of trying to find tickets to this concert for the last couple weeks. :)

Oh man where do I begin. Lets see both me and my husband have been unemployed for a month. We look for work, but tend to wait and do tomorrow what we can wait until tomorrow to do. See Morebook since I had just moved in with my husband. So I put them in a drawer thinking "I'll come across my address book when I unpack." I think it took me three months to unpack. Then about 2 years later when we were moving because we now had a baby, I found the thank you cards in the drawer I hadn't bothered to organize for 2 years...

hopefully we'll know soon! guess I better stop procrastinating my homework/ classwork and get off facebook...

Ijust didnt have the money....

From CA and after 4 years here STILL can't drive in snow. Tried going up hill and slid into rock wall on Wed night. I FINALLY took my car to the shop just yesterday afternoon. And now I am replying, just now. How's that for procrastination? Would it help if I said, "please, oh pretty, pretty please dear awesome, fantastic, insanely humorous and wonderful way fm man".

Putting off going to the dentist. Not a very good thing to do though.

I'm waiting to tell you until 5 minutes before the concert starts.

My kids were going to bring me for my birthday but I didnt have the money. I was able to come up with the money now but didnt want to pay the fees. Went to go get them at the ticket booth and found out they were all sold out.
