I took a spin out the just-opened County Route 202 this morning, just hours after Jefferson County took the wrapper off, and I have to say, it has to be one of the finest four-lane highways in the north country. And when I drove over it, it still had that new-road smell.

The editor makes the Town of Watertown sound like a greedy monster, when the truth is WE HAVE NO TOWN TAX! That is a good thing, The Town of Watertown and it's Council is doing it right, why is this such a bad thing? Bravo to the Town of Watertown and the County for making useless land into productive land and easing traffic congestion.
