A &T Police Chief Glenn Newell says that their department received the call about the baby around 9:15pm Thursday night. I save past christmas cards and take the front half and cut around it or just simply remove as is and glue to the front of a simple brown gift bag that you can buy in bundles from Walmart. The agreement calls for a phased approach to construction.
