WFMY News 2 / Digtriad.com VA state police: The driver of the bus, William G. Douglas, 53, of Austin, Texas, died at the scene. Marty Zilio, 48, of Canada, was injured in the crash. The bus belongs to Roberts Brothers Coach Co. and was hired for the Miley Cyrus tour. Those riding on the bus are part of her production crew. It was one of four buses traveling to Greensboro, N.C. Cyrus was not on the bus, nor traveling with the group.

Our CBS affliate (WTVR) in Richmond, Virginia is reporting her tour bus crashed on it's way here to Greensboro. They say Cyrus was not on board! However, the accident did kill one person on the bus.
