WGME CBS 13 Prisoners Escape From Bolduc Correctional Facility
Authorities say two inmates escaped from Bolduc Correctional Facility in Warren Saturday night. According to prison officials, 36-year-old Arden Shaw and 28-year-old Robert Fogg, were last seen around 7p.m. Saturday. Both men were in prison for burglary and were due to be released in 2013. ...

WGME CBS 13 Three rescue boats Run Aground In Casco Bay
A duck hunter in distress led to a series of problems for rescue workers and the coast guard Saturday night.Around 6:30 p.m. a rescue boat was called out to Jewell Island in Casco bay to rescue a duck hunter who was suffering from mild hypothermia. That boat became stuck so rescue crews sent out another boat.

WGME CBS 13 Help For Homeless Veterans At Togus
They served our country, but now some Maine veterans find themselves out on the streets.Saturday was their day at the V -A medical center in Togus. Homeless vets all over the state were driven to the campus, to receive a variety of free services. They were fitted for cold weather clothing, got medical and dental screening, as well as employment, housing and legal counseling.

WGME CBS 13 Guard Fired, Supervisor Demoted After Investigation On Prison Inmate Death
Its a shakeup at the Maine state prison in Warren over the death of an inmate.The Maine Department of Corrections says Officer Joshua Bailey was terminated and Sergant William Robinson was demoted to correctional officer. This, after an internal investigation over the death of 64 year old Sheldon Weinstein back in April.

Maine Congresswoman Chellie Pingree says the time is now for health care reform.Lawmakers in Washington worked all day Saturday on the latest bill to find a way to provide health care to those Americans who don't have it, or can't afford it. On the house floor, Pingree told the story of her brother, who lost his coverage while battling melanoma.
