WGN TV Countdown to Keith day 8: Mr. Moreland a U of Texas alum would exchange "Hook 'em Horns" finger greetings w/the Bleacher fans back in his days patrolling right field for the Cubs. Keith Moreland fills in for Bob Brenly on 7/10 and 7/12 Cubs vs. Cards. Our next game is Saturday (hey that's the fourth of July) at noon on the old number 9.

WGN TV Countdown to Keith Day 10: Mr. Moreland had 28 career stolen bases. Which is 9 more than future Hall of Famer Jim Thome. BTW just in, the Cubs have announced an official make-up date for the Crosstown Classic game that was rained out: Thursday 9/3 at 1p CST (on our air local and national).
