AUGUSTA (NEWS CENTER) -- The Maine Center for Disease Control says a young adult in Penobscot County is the second person to die in Maine from the H1N1 Influenza.

WLBZ 2 Good morning Facebook friends. The No On 1 Campaign will be having an 11am news conference. We're guessing they will officially concede the race then, although the actually did it in writing overnight. We'll have the latest on our noon show so stay tuned.

WLBZ 2 Okay, we're calling the race. Yes on 1 wins with 53% of the vote. Also, the Bangor Daily News reports a 53% turnout at 1am. That's a record for an off-year election. According to the Bangor Daily News, the state has set a record for voter turnout for an off-year election. The previous record was 51%. Currently, at 12:40am, 52% turnout is being reported, and votes are still being counted.

PAUL people dont chose to be gay... just like you chose to be straight so think about what you are saying before you bother speaking on public places and obviously you dont love your brother if you did you would want him to have the choice of making his relationship perminate and be able to have the same rights as other people and yes GOD doesnt ...
