This morning, Existing Home Sales came in stronger than expected with a majority of last month's sales being first time home buyers and consisting of distressed homes. GDP (Gross Domemstic Product) also came in better than expected...cash for clunkers? Rates are currently quickly moving upwards. We're at least 0.12...5% higher in rate from what I posted yesterday on my blog www.mortgageporter.com.
