definitely should be domain name should be related to brand, both go hand by hand. you can select a doamain name, which has nothing to do with your brand, so, both are dependent on each other..

I start businesses. One of the main considerations before I name the business is: Is the name available for the Web?

WebProNews Is the Future of TV advertising dependent on search?

For advertisers, it's dependent on targeting the audience with their ads, based on audience preferences, behavior profile & demographics, etc. For the audience, they would just love to conduct advanced searches for TV Everywhere...when those two come together, it will be Nirvana for everyone!

The future of TV advertising is automation. Upload your ad, write up the specific keywords, etc., then the program will crawl through the TV listings and plunk in the ad to the demographic that companies are targeting. Wonder what that will cost?? How long before Google gets involved?

Google's position is pretty much unassailable amongst those that already consider it the first and best search engine. But that huge budget will help to capture less experienced/brand loyal web users.

While geo-targeting has had the most obvious impact on roi, I believe that utilizing people's search history has had a more subtle affect on overall account performance. Also personalized search will lead to more interest based targeting that should help improve account performance.
