Mauro Corbani Incredible. The super smart customer support just sent me an email. Since they are aware of the problems from october 2008 ( at least ) their solution is"When and where did you purchase the Rovio from?" ... are you really kidding me? So, instead of a new onn I just ask for a refund, save 100 dollars and get the Spykee. At least their customer support is serious. Way to go WowWee, way to go

I just got the Rovio. For now a big disappointment. The wireless range it is really ridicolous: 4 feet from the router. I bought it in order to have an eye on my dog when I am at work. Since I have a Trendnet wireless camera I thought I can add this in order to have more control my dog. Unfortunaty while the camera is ...perfect ( 25 feet of range, pan and tilt, zoom and audio ) the rovvo is probably going to go back. I'll give it another try tomorrow. If is still working like that it will go. Too bad because the idea is great. I will try Spykee.Read More
