HELP! My son got a robosapien V2 for Christmas and it is saying "I think I have a bad motivator" and "brain batteries low, powering down" and he shuts off!
I can't contact the wowwee company through the website when I get an error when trying to select a product.
Is there a reset switch somewhere? So far he's gotten to play with "Tom" for like 2 days and he won't do anything now.
Somebody out there? Help please? I can't find another gray and black one and he is autistic and won't stand for a different Tom, and Sharper Image is closed down.

Patrick T. Davis What the heck is the deal with the outdated, frustrating and DANGEROUS packaging on the Robotics products?? Get a clue from Apple now. Products promise imagination, intelligence and joy -- the packaging ruins all of that!

Borislav Mihaylov So has anyone of you guys got a Bladestar yet? Bought a Dragonfly for my brother a year or so ago and spent quite some time playing around with it... Loved the thing, altho I really could have used some more practice so that I could learn to control it better & enjoy it even more... How're things with the Bladestar, looks easier to "fly", any comments?
