    Rex... i can't seem to comment on your post.. the comment and like links are missing for some reason, so i thought i would answer your question with another post... 250cc is the max upgrade you can do on a hurricane... if you are paying monthly in luzon, you can upgrade it with a mechanic as long as your contract doesn't say otherwise...

      • Yamaguchi Hurricane 150 it is for that type of purpose if enough raw metal is left over... in the hurricane's case, there isn't so even a steel sleeve cannot be done safely
