Erin I have seen a lot of reupholstering/refinishing of chairs, but I need to know how hard it is to switch out the base of a chair? I am trying to take 2 very old and ugly chairs and transform them into one’s similar to this target chair. The chairs have a metal base that allows it to spin, but I want 4 permanent legs. Is it possible?
