Beginning with oysters with umeboshi, parsley and grape, this voyage into aphrodisiacs continues with marinated sea scallops (with Asian pear, marcona almond and dashi) and Coho salmon (with ...beets, shiitake, bacon and Brussels sprouts) and finally peaks with chocolate cake served with toasted fluff and vanilla ice cream. For those really wanting to drive it home, cognac and wine pairings are also available. Warning: Zagat Presents is not responsible for what happens next.
Tickets are $50 each for four courses, $125 with cognac and wine pairing, tax and gratuity not included. There is a 6:30 PM seating and a 9:30 PM seating for this event.
