Zingari Ristorante Banfi dinner last week was great fun! Great wines paired with yummy food, spirited conversations and numerous light-hearted moments and laughter. What else can you ask for? Mr. Philip Di Belerdino, the fine wine ambassador of Castello Banfi was quite a speaker and he kept people laughing all the way through. Zingari...a toast to Italy!

Zingari Ristorante Tasted two great wines today. The one wine is called Mercury Sister - it is a 90% Merlot, 5% Cabernet and 5% Melbec. The 2nd wine is called Mercury Father - Its a Caberent Franc verital pimarily. These are big wines and are very well balanced. You will soon find them on Zingari wine list. Its a small boutique winery and they make only 50 cases of each wine. Cheers!
