The Motown Sound was in the building last Sunday, and if Berry Gordy Jr. was in the building...he would have enjoyed the experience. Segun Amen and Amber Gourgis were definite ambassadors of that soulful music that makes you want to move in your seat. Zingari...a toast to Italy!
Sounds like a delicious pairing...and it was! DeLoach Green Valley Pinot Noir+ sliced pork tenderloin, stuffed with asparagus, leeks and spinach and potato pave with a pinot noir sauce are such an excellent combination! It was truly and excellent evening with people from the peninsula and beyond...

Tasted two great wines last month - one wine is called Mercury Sister - it's a 90% Merlot, 5% Cabernet and 5% Melbec. The second wine is called Mercury Father - its a Caberent Franc varietal primarily. These are big wines and are very well balanced. They are now on the Zingari wine list...
