Zingerman's Deli was founded in 1982 by Paul Saginaw & Ari Weinzweig. In 1994 We started Zingerman's Bakehouse, making our own breads and pastries. We've since grown into a community of 8 food lovin' businesses all in Ann Arbor, MI.

Well friends, it’s been over a month since I hit the road, and I am simply exhausted. Here I am on the final day of the book tour. Thanksgiving dawns tomorrow, then Chanukah, and then I head to Mexico for some surf and sand.
