American Airlines! You're Dublin based Customer Services Team have no customer focus and no rationale in relation to service! I have asked for details on escalating my complaint beacuse I am being consitantly patronised and a simple recognition of making a mistake would be pleasant. Adam Parsons Flying AA since 1979 and loving their service! Mitch, when you fly longer routes you burn more Jet A than you would with say, Southwest Airlines who flies shorter routes and burns less Jet A. One is always going to pay more for a long range flight, in one way or another. Keep up the great work and friendly hospitality, AA!
