The homecare company I work for has a company they work with who contacts the patient in 72 hours, and then we contact them also. If there is a mask issue, it is replaced. Respironics/Phillips has a one month, no questions asked policy if the patient is not happy with the mask. I also work at a hospital. One weekend I had 2 patients in the same ... Read Moreday who were diagnosed with severe OSA and never received their equipment. Not sure who dropped the ball on that one, but it was probably the homecare company.
