The fire didn't kill his wife. It just killed his three daughters and, years later, Todd himself.

Keith Hampton is the lawyer who handled Kenneth Foster, Jr's case and got the Governor to grant him clemency. He is running for judge on the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals. That is the court where Sharon Keller is the presiding judge. He is running to challenge one of the Republican members, Michael Keasler. Actually,... all of its current members are Republicans. Keller herself is not up for re-election until 2012.Read More

Join the Todd Willingham facbook group.

Shout this name from the rooftops, Todd Willingham. He was innocent and Texas killed him. U.S. Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia, in 2006, wrote that, in the modern judicial system there has not be...

It sounds like executions are a full time job for Gov. Rick Perry. Time to get him out of office and abolish the Death Penalty. Arrogant officials are the last ones who should be playing God with people's lives.

Texas Moratorium Network From 2008 5th Circuit ruling on Khristian Oliver: "The jury’s use of the Bible during the sentencing phase of Oliver’s trial amounted to an improper external influence on the jury’s deliberations. However, Oliver has failed to rebut the state court’s factual finding that the Bible did not prejudice the jury’s decision. Therefore, we AFFIRM the district court’s judgment denying habeas relief."

I'm not against the beliefs system of ANYONE yet we should rely upon the Rule of Law... Murder even when sanctioned by the State is still murder... No matter how abhorent the Crime. our Humanity should dictate that we not lower ourselves to murder... For in that we become that which we claim is abhorent ourselves

The Bible does not condone or support the death penalty. State sanctioned killing is STILL murder and still a crime. None of us has that right.

Texas Moratorium Network WHAT ISSUE SHOULD HAVE TOP STANDING IN THE 2010 TEXAS’ GUBERNATORIAL PRIMARY RACES? One of the possible choices in this poll is "death penalty", although because this is a Dallas Business Journal poll, it is currently getting fewer votes than "secession from the union".
