As an adult returning to college, I could see through the proscribed agenda: write essays to satisfy what the professor was looking for to fulfill their agenda = use material for their publish or perish demands? I spent time challenging grades when I didn't agree, and placed copyright on my essays. Made me feel more in control even if at times I didn't get the result I thought fair.

I have found that MN Statutes 290.52 gets its authority to enforce MN code8001.9000(incorporation by reference of the I.R.Code). BUT 290.52 is REPEALED. Most state taxes piggy back illegally off of the non legislative federal income tax code.
