Sorry for the radio silence today, as well as some of the recent slowness and glitches on the site.
As you can see, we have redesigned and relaunched Above the Law. The new site has a number of features that the old one lacked (which I will be explaining in a future post). So the transition will be good in the long run,... even if it will involve some short-term pain.
It may take a few days (or weeks) to get all the kinks ironed out. In the meantime, please bear with us. Thanks for your patience!

Above the Law Actually, Ron, September 2007 -- while perfectly respectable -- was not a record traffic month. I blame it on (1) Labor Day, (2) the Jewish holidays, and (3) the return of summer associates to school.
