World Vision's Acting on AIDS TAKE ACTION: AIDS and Malaria funding threatened in Senate! The foreign assistance budget, containing critical AIDS and malaria funding, is being threatened. The Senate Budget committee has cut $4 billion (7.4%) of the President’s foreign assistance budget. An amendment to restore funding could come to the Senate floor as early as tomorrow (April 1). Help END MALARIA through NIGHT OF NETS, a life-saving movement to mobilize your friends and networks both in the “real world” and on Facebook.
Together we are going to gather 50,000 signatures for our petition and raise $50,000 by World Malaria Day on April 25. Here are some things you can do:
1. Start your cause on Facebook. Go to this page:
