Don't worry, Obama just gave an ambassadorship to the spouse of a United Health Group executive. They raised $600,000.00 for Obama's campaign. Obama knows where the money is....that's why the House and Senate bills are designed to flood insurance company coffers with forced premiums and government subsidies. This just gets more and more laughable as time goes on...and people are still buying the line that this bill will "reform" healthcare.

Full employment policy is the only position for labor. And in a society as rich and as innovative as ours it is possible.
Just as single payer health coverage should be available to everybody. Nobody in this country should starve; feed everybody then talk values and other abstract shit.

To all Democratic Senators and Representatives in Congress. Support EFCA and working men and women. Labor law must be reformed and the playing field must be leveled. No more illegal firings of employees for attempting to unionize. The penalties for employers who abuse this must be severe instead of a slap on the hand. More jobs is exactly what we need

Yes, new jobs, not just maintaining the jobs people have now, because corporations just figure out how to eliminate even more of those jobs. That is negative jobs growth. Give the small employers the stimulus, not the big honchos. If they have all those bucks to get involved in polictics, they should have money to hire more people, but they don't. They have the politicians in their pockets. Basta!

There wouldn't be such a crisis if we didn't keep importing everything and exporting all of our jobs. A decent wage and a decent job in America would really be nice. Corporations only see the bottom line, but they don't realize that their selfish short-sighted actions are crippling our ability to compete globally as a nation.
