"WE ARE ALL AFRICANS!" is this year's theme for the "10th Annual Musical Night in Africa." Come celebrate our common roots in Africa with four great bands on Sat 12/5 at Ashkenaz in Berkeley. Featuring all of my groups: KOTOJA, the WEST AFRICAN HIGHLIFE BAND, the AFRO-BEAT CONNEXION, and the NIGERIAN BROTHERS, with DJ... MIKE ONAS, plus a brand new album release, "We Are All Africans!" Arrive by 9 PM SHARP for traditional libation welcoming ceremony, followed by the sweet folk rhythms of the Nigerian Brothers. At 10PM is my hot new group, the Afro-Beat ConneXion, followed by the West African Highlife Band, and then Kotoja. All ages are welcome.
