Well we did it! Thanks to our washer-extraordinaire, Melissa! We washed our 77 Kids girls t-shirt 77 times!

All-in-all we were impressed with the results - no major issues at all. Take a peak at our detailed results.

The best part? We called 77 Kids, and they have NO LIMIT on their return policy. You can return at any time for any reason. They were very willing to issue an exchange or a full refund (with receipt). So, we give their Customer Service a big THUMBS UP!

No drying, really? I'm not sure that's a fair test, as most damage gets done in the dryer. And does the policy only apply to washing, and void if you use the dryer?

No - the policy doesn't matter. They seriously have an unlimited policy. We wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt for the test. Next we'll take the shirt now and start running it through the dryer to see what happens.

I should also admit that I like to hang dry most of our 100% cotton items that shrink easily, especially the quality labels that retain some resale value.

I hang most stuff too. Gosh, I wish my vendors would stand behind their merchandise so strongly. It's great incentive to buy.

Definitely! maybe we should start rating them :) While the 77 washes guarantee is interesting, this customer service policy is even more valuable.

So.... Let the drying begin -- we'll see how it holds up. That poor shirt!
