I'm not sure residents will be too thrilled with toll roads, even with the conveniences of electronic toll collection. And I'm not sure the project will break even. Generally, you need 20,000 vehicles per lane per day for a toll project to be viable.

Could Bob McDonnell get lines like that at a book signing tho? Getting out there and firing up a crowd is a big part of politics.
