Alex Your passion for life and your vibrance is so reflected through your conducting. Your wonderful persona exudes every movement you make. I feel totally inadequate as a person when ever i watch you. Never ever give up Alex. Your Parents are rightly so very proud you. I really hope you realise your ambition with s...etting up your Orchestra, (i am sure you will, with your determination) Bless you Alex, you are a true true hero xRead More

Hi Alex, I like everyone else who has written to you over the last few hours was exquisitely moved, inspired and amazed by what I saw in the second documentary about you shown on C4 last night. I had to have my say along with everyone else, to wish you luck and every success in your career. But take care of yourself also. You are lucky to have ... Read Moresuch a supportive and caring family around you. My father is a Cambridge-born film maker who has made programmes for /about Cystic Fybrosis sufferers, (so, if you ever need a film made his website is: www.gordonfilms.tv, although you clearly have a great team in Walker George!)
Anyway, you touched a million hearts again last night. Again. You are an amazing person xxx

Leah Andersen Hey Alex,
I have cf myself. I am 32 and listed for transplant. When I saw footage of you coughing know that I was hurting with you. It is hard for anybody without cf to truely understand what it means to live with this disease. So for me, I can truely appreciate every high and every low you go through.
I hope you keep kicking arse mate!
