This is a slightly lemony tasting powder that can be mixed into juice. I’ve mixed this into soy milk or milk. This is the fruit formula powder filled with potent phytochemicals and does actually have 1 gram of protein from rice.

You can also use a Tupperware shaker or GNC has shakers that work very well to blend this powder into juice. I like blending a level tablespoon of this powder with one scoop of protein powder.

After just a week of using this product you may find that your skin is just glowing. Eating lots of vegetables and fruit also help. Not to mention exercise like yoga. This product contains a blend of tart cherries, wild blueberries, cranberries and apples.
