You don’t have to be lactose intolerant to enjoy Almond Breeze®, but if you are, you’re in for an extra-special treat. The creamy smooth texture and hint-of-almond taste make this nondairy beverage a stand out at standing in for milk.

    Yolanda Williams

Yolanda Williams I tried another brand of almond milk a few years ago and hated it, so I sadly went back to soy. A friend recently gave me a sample of her original almond breeze and I loved it!!! Thank you so much for making quality, great tasting products!

Blue Diamond Almond Breeze Almond Milk versus Dairy & Soy Milk

Many of my diabetic clients are on the eternal hunt for new, healthy and lower carbohydrate alternatives to their regular food choices. They are thrilled to discover that cup per cup, Original Almond Breeze® has fewer carbohydrates than 2% cow’s milk (8 grams of carbohydrates compared to 12 grams for dairy milk)....

        • Pam Stroman All I know is my body responds great to Almond milk and my body hates Cow's milk. I used to avoid milk altogether because I was lactose intolerant but Almond milk has made a tremendous difference in my life. Check out my web site at: Opra Jewelry.shophandmade.com

      Kathy Allen

Kathy Allen Yum! I just switched my 2 yr-old son over to almond milk --doing half/half to transition him and he is loving it. And, I don't know if this is fluke or not, but his hyperactivity/aggressive behavior has also reduced quite a bit. I personally am a fan of the original, so creamy and good. I can't go back to dairy milk. ...I also love your 2 lb bags of almonds.--they are the best! Thanks so much!

          Pat Bennett

Pat Bennett I LOVE Almond Breeze! I never was much of a milk drinker, but the creamy richness of this almond milk can't be beat. The unsweetened original is my favorite, and only 40 calories to an 8 oz serving.
(Geez, I sound like a commercial, but it's so good.)

            Justin Cremeans

Justin Cremeans It seems that the unsweetened is the preferred milk. I was just curious why? I have never bought almond milk but i am contemplation whether or not i should buy unsweetened or unsweetened.

You know what, Justin? I debated which flavor to buy when I first bought Almond Breeze as well. I ended up opting for the Original (unsweetened) initially, because I wanted to taste what it was like in its "pure form" before branching out. ......Boy, am I glad that I did! The Original flavor has its own, subtle sweetness (because it's sweetened with evaporated sugar cane juice), but it's great because it allows you to taste the pure Almond flavor. I think you will love it! I must confess that I have not yet tried the Vanilla or Chocolate, though. Let us know what you think after you've tried it.See More
