comScore’s Global Top 100 websites have implemented Facebook Connect.

The Blog: Ever since we heard that Twitter CEO, Jack Dorsey was going to be at LeWeb, we have been following him on Twitter. Jack Dorsey
has been tweeting all day about his experience of being in Paris. The
LeWeb conference opened up with Jack Dorsey as the first speaker.
Dorsey is also the co-founder and CEO of the new c...redit card payment
device Square.
He gave a demo of his Square device at the conference in front of 2000
live (people present at the conference hall) and 3000+ internet
viewers. Dorsey said that he will give the Square devices for free at
the event. Interesting developments have taken place since this morning
and Dorsey is tweeting live at the moment. About 35mins ago he tweeted
that he had a LeWeb id stolen.

The Blog: Among many other influential tech geeks at LeWeb was the founder of TweetMeMe Nick Halstead. He was there to talk about what participants at LeWeb had to say on Twitter.
He started by describing how he launched tweetmeme and where did he see

The Blog: Today I had the honor of attending the launch of The Urban Labs at MIT.
I got to see a unique and inspiring group of entrepreneurs come
together to work towards a common goal - the goal to use technology to
make social communication better. We experience technology, social
media and the internet/digital world in ...so many ways and forms that our
lives have become dependent on online communication.
In some ways we are forgetting that people are the key ingredient in social interaction.
Social media, be it online or in real life, is all about people. It
is about forming relationships - relationships that foster into
communities. These communities as a collective can work towards the
greater good. Yes, it takes one person to make a difference. But it
takes a nation to implement that difference. The Urban Labs project led
by Malia Lazu is a
platform that will deepen relationships between individuals and
community organizing. It will help answer questions like: How do we use
technology and online communication to foster interactions and social
conversations in real life? It will address notions like: How can
social media be used for organizing communities?

was born in 1997 when Stanford Graduate students Larry and Sergey
decided to change the name of their search engine BackRub to Google.
Google emerged from the word "googol" a mathematical term for the
number represented by the numeral 1 fo...llowed by 100 zeros.
The
use of the term is a reflection on how Google today works to organize
and order infinite amount of information on the web. The past 12 years
