Use another messenger instead

Basically were MSN/ Mobile Live Messenger (for cellphones, mobiles and PDAs)

also currently down and it seems like it been down for a while

Replacement: use another messenger by searching for a IM Service Application called Messenger (FB Application id=30713015083, Publisher Windows Live)

sorry i not included the application link but FB (or developer) denys application links in reviews

Search Tip for Application: change the application id at the top (in the address bar) and use copy/paste to enter other application to find it)
