1. How do I remove my profile from TV Match?
You can remove your profile from TV Match and still use the rest of the application by visiting this link: http://apps.facebook.com/tvtrivia/tvmatchOptOut
2. How do I remove a trivia teammate?
At the moment your team is made up of your friends on facebook. To remove a teammate you have to remove them as a friend.
3. It won't accept my city and province or postal code.
You may need to try a larger nearby city. Let us know if this does not work.
4. How do I "Block" trivia questions from shows that I don't like?
Whenever you see a show you don't like, click "Block" underneath the picture and you won't see anymore questions for that show.
5. How do I "unblock" a show that I blocked?
On the "My Questions" tab, click the show you want to unblock.
6. Why did my trivia score go to 0?
The scores at the top of the page are WEEKLY and reset on Sunday. To view your overall score visit the "Standings" tab. There is also a delay in your score updating throughout the application and on your profile.
7. How long does it take for a question I created to get answered?
Thanks to you all we have hundreds of thousands of questions for 10,000+ shows. Questions are selected randomly so it may take a few days for your question to get pulled in.
8. How can I add a show that is not in the list?
We have over 10,000 shows in the list. If you have a show that is not in the list let us know via the Discussion Board topic "Adding new shows..." http://www.facebook.com/topic.php?uid=3642144705&topic=3143
9. I get a blank page with just the header, what should I do?
We are not the only application with this problem and we hope that facebook will fix it soon. In the meantime, if you refresh your browser while on the blank page it usually fixes the problem.
10. Why do I need to enable third-party cookies?
It has to do with the way facebook interacts with applications. Our application runs in an iframe, so when our application sets a cookie your browser treats it as a third party cookie. We DO NOT track you across multiple web sites. If you want to prevent third party cookies except for ours you should add "mesmo.tv" to your allow list and block all other third party cookies.
