The e-mail marketing tool is simple and easy to use. A couple rough corners to be smoothed out, but as usual, Appointy is on it and they smooth things out fast. I'm looking forward to the additional tracking options coming out soon. Very good overall, and it's great to have Appointment and E-mail functions in the same place.

Thanks for the update! No one who has been around for launches of computer programs should expect things will go off without a hitch right off the bat, so this is no surprise. Just make sure to keep your fans happy by touching base once in a while with an update. It helps a lot.

Jeff, Sorry about the confusion. We have no login section on our website. Anyone who creates account gets a unique Login URL which we send in welcome emails and also show during the time of registration.

Your unique URL is generated as follows:

http://{yourusername}.appointy.com/admin (ADMIN LOGIN)... See More
http://{yourusername}.appointy.com/staff (STAFF LOGIN)
http://{yourusername}.appointy.com/ (CLIENT URL)

where {yourusername} is your username at appointy. For ex: If your username at appointy is jeff then your client URL will be http://jeff.appointy.com

Hi Jeff,

The Appointy staff is doing some phenomenal things with this application, but they are still pretty new. So, not everything is in place yet. I recommend to you and everyone else that you raise any issues, questions or concerns about things which don't seem to work right, or are missing, or you feel could be changed.

Since the system is so new, it is much easier to make changes and improvements now, before they grow very large and get to the point where ANY changes are going to be viewed by at least some of the users as an unwelcome thing.... See More

The folks at Appointy have been great at receiving feedback, and I can tell you first-hand that they are genuinely interested in what we all have to say. I have already seen some of my suggestions implemented into the system, which is very cool.

If you need further help Jeff, just drop me a line, and I'll see what I can do. I don't work for the company, but I have learned a lot about this system, and by helping others I will become even more comfortable with it, and learn more myself.

Do you have any release notes or something written on the blog about linking other Appointy accounts? What are the benefits of linking? I'm definitely interested in learning more.

Also, it might be nice to send email notices to all the administrative accounts when the service is going to be down for updates. A message that comes up when users or staff try to access the system would be a good thing to add, as well.

Andrew Just wanted to drop by and let the Appointy community know that today Salon O went live with online appointment scheduling. It's been many months in the making because we have 20 stylists and well over 1000 clients.

We are using Appointy as our sole method of booking appointments. Our clients can book appointments onl...ine and our receptionists enter appointment data into Appointy to keep things "real-time".

I'm using Appointy in a slightly different way, because I am one of five independent service providers who are all operating under the umbrella of our place of business, which is XO Day Spa. We have set up Appointy so the calendar reflects everyone's schedule, which is synced with our Google Calendars.
