Global Wars Adjustment to how we determine the world dominator: we will start using the time of occupation instead of simply the number of occupied countries. It's a better measure and avoids the case where 2 or more commanders occupy the same number of countries during a day.
Global Wars World dominator of the day is determined as follows: occupied the most countries for at least one hour during the day + the countries occupied at the end of the day
Global Wars 2) Neutral countries: Commanders will have to option to put their country into a NEUTRAL status. The benefit is that they will not lose any troops while their country is neutral. However their country can still be occupied. Neutral countries are not allowed to start any offensive wars. However, they are allowed to liberate from an occupier.
Global Wars New rules: 1) Permanent Occupation: Currently, occupation status is reset at the start of day. From now on, a country will stay occupied until it is liberated. It can liberate itself or be liberated when the occupier is defeated by another country. Also, once a country is occupied, it can NOT be attacked anymore. Anyon...e who wants to occupy that country must first defeat the current occupier.
