"Dejan Tomka aka Arhitek was born in Novi Sad, in 1980, in a zodiac sign of Pisces. He fell in love with music hearing his fist sounds of Beethoven and Khachaturian, and he was introduced to electro by listening to Equinox and Oxygen.

With only 8 years he managed to struggle with the size of the guitar and since then he's been in three bands. He started to explore the sound of percussions (djembe) and strange rhythms which lead him to start his own music production and DJ-ing. Since he entered the clubbing and electro scene, he's performed on the EXIT festival (HNS stage), Trenchtown Festival, Super Svima, and lots of clubs and cafes in Novi Sad, and he shared mixing-pult with Anna Schneider, Marcin Cubale, Someone Else and many local DJs.

He is one of the founders of Novi Sad's event organisation, radio show and web portal, concept known as AlterNacija, where, as the manager and coordinator, he gatheres Djs into alterDJs crew, runs organisation's projects and works on reviving the clubbing scene in Serbia.

These days, he's equipping his own production studio, and he's also working on new projects, and among them, on tracks and remixes which will be released soon under the labels of Genesa Records and Italo Business."

"Dejan Tomka aka Arhitek rođen u znaku ribe 1980 godine u Novom Sadu. Zaljubljuje se u muziku prvim slushanjem Betovena i Khachaturiana, a u elektronske vode ulazi uz zvuke Equinoxa i Oxygena. Sa 8 god se prvi put izborio sa veličinom gitare, i od tada svira u 3 benda, istražuje perkusije (djembe) i čudne ritmove koji ga vode do produkcije elektronske muzike i DJinga. Od ulaska na scenu klabing i elektronske muzike, nastupao je na EXIT festivalu (HNS stage), Trenchtown festivali, Super Svima, kao i po mnogim novosadskim klubovima i kafićima, a za mix pultom našao se pored Anje Šnajder, Marcin Cubale, Someona Else-a, kao i mnogih domaćih dj-eva.
Jedan je od osnivača novosadske event organizacije, radio emisije i web portala - AlterNacija. Kao menadžer i koordinator, okuplja ekipu DJeva (alterDJs), vodi projekte ove organizacije i radi na ozhivljavanju klabinga Srbije.
U poslednje vreme oprema svoj studio, radi novim projektima, medju kojima su i trekovi i remixi koji uskoro izlaze za label-ove Genesa Records i Italo Bussines."
