(D-Mo.) and Rep. Jo Ann Emerson (R-Mo.) are delivering remarks on the House
floor in honor of National Epilepsy Awareness
Month (NEAM).
Rep. Emerson gave a fantastic speech yesterday highlighting Ryan Dillon, a young
