The printer is still unable to resolve the hardcover issue and I have had to reject yet another batch due to quality problems. Will be emailing all hardcover customers to suggest that you accept 2 paperbacks in lieu of one hardcover (both could be VoR, or... you could have a copy of VoR and a copy of Vortal:Shockwave).
