Supreme Court cases will involve a variety of areas of law, including
constitutional law and criminal procedure. In particular, Professor

outlook, and the economic performance of states in the Western region

include employment by industry, unemployment rates, housing and
construction, and population growth. Prescott indicators will be
compared to the state as a whole, as well as metro areas. The economic
outlook for Arizona and Prescott through 2010 will be presented, along
