ASU Polytechnic ASU Nutrition program recruiting participants, 25-75 years old, for study @ Poly of how beans affect blood glucose among people w/type 2 diabetes. Project involves eating different test meal 1 morning/week for total of 4 weeks. Blood samples drawn from finger prick every 30 min. after eating meal for total of 3 hours.
