Personal letter to CEO of ATT Edward E.

I loved the ATT Company and loved the Service from
1999 to 2008 November. But what happened to me in Nov. 2008 change
the EVERYTHING!!!! I get the LG Shine Phone in Fry`s Electronics (
because it have ATT logo on it) and went to ATT store in Las Vegas ,
were they set up the ...account and number 1(909)327-6078 Phone was
working all this time tell I take fly from LAX to Frankfurt (Germany)
in Nov. 2008 and ATT service STOP COMPLETELY WORKING IN ANY WERE IN
EUROPE and Former USSR. In next day on 17 November 2008 I called to
customer service of ATT and tell them that ATT Service is compliantly
don`t working in EUROPE. So I cancel the service so they stop bill me
41,21 $ a month. BUT LIKE ALL THE TIME, THEY DID SOMETHING ROAN and
keep bill me for nothing on my Chase credit card!!

in Kazakhstan, city of Karaganda as now, SERVICE ID 0674 Edward OF
ATT NEVER WAS WORKING from 17 November 2008. THEY KEEP BILL ME FOR
NOTHING TO THIS DAY!!!! I call the ATT and talk to customer service
and they sad that NOT even my name and my S. S. N. on account , the
no Identification on this account , account not even EXIST!!! But
Supervise of ATT company on phone tell me now SORRY WE CAN ONLY GIVE
YOU 3 month of the credit for all this mist underspending …... CAN
YOU BELIEVE THIS CRAP!!!! ? Can you please fix the IDIOTS it the
company and this mistake they did with me!

I have been an AT&T customer since the early 90's. I recently got
an Iphone and LOVE it, but at&t's nonsense concerning tethering and
other applications has made me rethink my loyalty to them. Paying high
prices for unlimeted data SHOULD mean UNLIMITED data, not data that
at&t decides I can or can't have. I will switch as ...soon as my
contract is up. Hoping another carrier gets the iPhone.

Marquise Why dont AT&T offer Teathering for Iphone 3g, but you offer it for the Tilt2!!!!! The iphone is fully capiable of this feature..

Marty I like this karma phone but went to add google maps app to it and found a problem. After adding it, and trying to use it, it asks for permissions about every 3 to 5 seconds. Checking on it I find that on this particular phone it does not have a a place to always accept it. It only lets you choose "ask for permission" o...r "deny permission". Nothing there to let you always "accept". Anybody else have this problem? Do you know of a fix? I know it's a phone issue and not an AT&T problem. Can't Motorola fix it with an upgrade?
