offcourse but when they are shouting at you.then they are not showing any sense of education.in eco department for example i wanted a wavier in a sub.she tried to intidate me by shouting ye ye ye or what what what.at the end i took a sub that i did in high school before an got B+.even one of my friends had same problem at rhet deparment when moving from 100 to 101.she told him no then he tried negotiating and she said no.what happened he exploded at her with violance.

hence,some people need to be fired.and d id u hear of the fraud or scandle when a student actually went to registrar office after hourse an changed his grades.
