AUSTIN — The Austin Under 40 Awards Committee and Leadership Austin will be at The Belmont, 305 W. Sixth St., on Nov. 19 from 6-8 p.m. for a happy hour to kick off the opening of nominations for the 12th annual Austin Under 40 Awards.

Join us to kickoff the season of planning for the 12th annual Austin Under 40 (Au40) Awards that will take place early 2010. We’re hosting a kickoff happy hour to recruit volunteers and invite our past winners, sponsors and attendees to join us for an evening of networking and fun at Cissi’s Market.
Complimentary appet...izers provided by Cissi’s including Gaufrettes, Salmon Gravlax Bites and The Bird’s the Word Minis.
Drink specials include $5 Sangria, red wine, white wine, and lemon drop martinis.
Live Music featuring the Jeff Lofton Trio.

Continue the celebration with us at the Official Au40 After Party at the Belmont. Your wristband from the event will grant you access to a party with a swanky, yet cool vibe presented by Caplan Miller Events. DJ Veg will spin music on the terrace and there is also a private VIP Lounge with bottle service for Au40 final...ists and sponsors. Friends who are unable to attend the Austin Under 40 Awards can purchase a ticket to the After Party with a $15 donation to the Austin Sunshine Camps and the YWA Foundation.
In addition, SuperShuttle will be running a free shuttle service between Austin Music Hall and The Belmont from 10:30pm-1:30am.

Please join us at the 11th annual Austin Under 40 Awards at Austin Music Hall on February 27th. This annual event honors individuals in the Austin community who consistently demonstrate professional excellence as well as leadership, commitment and service to the community.
In addition to honoring young professionals, A...ustin Under 40 benefits two non-profit organizations- the Austin YMBL Sunshine Camps and The Young Women's Alliance Foundation.
