Back Roads and Beaches There's enough snow for cross country skiing and snow shoeing. Just talked to Bridget at Findley State Park and she says they have 4-5 inches of snow. Enjoy!

Back Roads and Beaches Something a little different for a workout this weekend. Strenuous hike at Sandy Ridge Sat. 12:30–2pm. Hike in sections of the park not normally open to the public. This is a birdwatching mecca!

I'm always interested to see how many people come from all over Ohio (and even other states) to run some of the great events we have here in Lorain County! My parents' neighbor 2 hours away in PA came for one of the Lorain triathlons.

Back Roads and Beaches We’re working on updating the BRaB maps and website for 2010. Adding new stops and making a slight route change that will include the new, sustainable, Vermilion Valley Vineyards on the route. That makes six wineries on or just off of, Back Roads and Beaches. Some of the wineries also make for great meal stops along the route.
