In one week, I will have dinner with my closest friends and supporters to celebrate the invigorating election results throughout this Congressional District. We will honor those who fought hard to make these victories possible, and I will finalize the agenda for victory in 2010.

Just cut taxes in the former Empire State and reduce spending commensurately. You'll be amazed at what happens. If you keep subsidizing big business, you're simultaneously shafting small businesses - the ones that aren't big or well connected enough to lobby for IBM-style subsidies.
