- Baseball Factory was founded in 1994 in Columbia, Maryland by CEO Steve Sclafani, in order to train and educate high school players on the college recruiting process. Steve was joined in 1995 by current Baseball Factory President Rob Naddelman.

The whole experience was great, simply put. The Baseball Factory knows what they are doing for sure. Tony Diaz and did a great job as Phillip's team manager and the insights these guys passed along was over the top. The whole 5 days was expertly run and I highly commend you and all the Baseball Factory staff. Coach... Sofield's talk to the player and parents on Friday night was great too. Phillip said he heard everything I have been telling him about life after high school baseball and what it takes to get there. Phillip is a very hard worker but I think this past week has magnified the importance of being very organized in his schoolwork and baseball workouts.Read More

Lisa I was not able to attend the Junior Fall classic in Arizona but my son Tyler did..He had so much fun and really enjoyed the coaches and players he met..He said the competition was awesome.
