Chris Hiles Steve and James.. Hello from Washington State! Love the show.. I used to be involved in both the hop industry (Hop Inspection Supervisor) and barley breeding (WSU Barley Breeding Program) and I love how broad the topics are on the show.. It's soo much more than just how to make beer and I hope you keep it that way! Way to go and keep it up!

I'm thinking of flavouring them. Has anyone bulk aged and then
flavoured a mead before? and if so any tips or particular flavours that
are a nice beginer mead.
