Why oh why has Baskin Robbins stopped making the best and most original flavor they've ever produced? There is absolutely nothing on the market that even comes close to Mandarin Chocolate Sherbet. BR better get on the case before Ben and Jerry's figures it out and calls it something else.

Marcia Simpson Hey I just called your tech support about not being able to sign up on your Birthday Club online. I have 3 different computers we tried to do this on- the toggle for the "year" is covered up by the "set password", once entered- the submission gets thrown out for lack of information. I took the time to call tech support with no support! I also attempted to register via cell phone- your sytem doesn't accept Verizon and told me to get another phone number! WHAT??? Arghh Gone are the days of filling out a post card at the store- high tech is the ONLY way to go but it doesn't work! Oh well... no birthday club for our family... I'm sure others too!
