The Hard Candy "Nobody's Perfect" concealer palette is available at Wal-Mart for about 7 or 8 bucks. The shade I have it in is fair- the colors come off darker in the video than they actually are. BLOG: ...

How would you compare this to the NYC 5 way concealer wheel?

I use the pink in my concealer palette after I've moisturized my lips with my soft lips chapstick. I top it up with some gloss and I have the perfect nude shade I've never found anywhere else!

Ashley Knox Hey Emily! I tried my hand at your Easy Green & Pink Eye Tutorial. I didn't have the palette you used but I used similar colors from the pro palette I have. Here are a few pics, lemme know if you like it! Love your videos!

When I was 22, a friend let me in on her secret to clear skin. I have to tell you, I'm 32 now, and I still use this. Antibacterial handsoap - I prefer the plain variety, to wash my face. This keep the bacteria content down to a minimum - and we know bacteria contributes to breakouts. After that, hydrocortisone cream - NOT OINTMENT! I buy the ... Read Morewalmart/equate brand cause its not as gooey. A thin layer of that before bed, and under my makeup keeps my break outs few and far between. Also, keeping your hands off your face, and washing your makeup brushes regularly can also help.

Karen John Hi Emily.. A simple look I tried out this weekend. Plum eyeshadow with loads of black kajal. I've kept the skin simple..no foundation or bronzer on it..

I meant to send you a message but can't find the link? :o(
I love your videos, and I've been a faithful subscriber for over a year now. I learned daytime looks watching your videos. I work at night, so believe it or not, I learned how to do dramatic looks right out of High School, but never got the hang of day looks unt...il I stumbled upon your videos :o) You're turned me on to NYC bronzer in sunny, Rimmel primer, NYC eyeliner, and many any more things I wouldn't have tried unless I saw it on your videos. Keep up the good work!

I have a couple of questions for ya:
*Have you tried tea tree oil for your breakouts instead of the clean & clear persa gel? If so, what do you think about it?
* Have you tried the NYC eyebrow set? It comes with a lovely tiny pair of tweezers. I found that it matched my brows perfectly, and was wondering if you've tried it.

Thank you so much, and have a lovely sunday!

I forgot anotehr question I had: Could you recommend a daytime eye cream, and a night time as well? Right now I'm using St Ives stress gel for the day, and I don;t feel that it's moisturizing enough for fall.

For nightime I'm using mary kay face gel/cream (Timewise)... I don't have an eye cream for nightime :o( HELP!!!

I use Sonia Kashuk's stippling brush. She calls it a highlighting/blending brush or something like that. But I use it for foundation because it's just like mac's 187 (which is 4x as much $) and it creates a very natural airbrushed look to foundation. Just put the foundation on the back of your hand and pounce the brush in the foundation and then on... Read More your face. It works SO fast too. For more traditional application though I recommend Ecotools foundation brush. It's very soft and works great. Both are under 10$ and work GREAT. I have two of Sonia Kashuk's stippling brushes because it is also SO good with bronzer. BTW both brushes are available at Target.

Nicole Medos As I was looking through my soon to be order on ELF I noticed I had 3 different colored mineral blushes in there. Now these are 5 dollars a piece so I only want/need 2. In your video you suggest Rose so thats in there aswell as coral and Joy. My skin tone is 'fair'. Its not milky white/ivory or tanned. Which 2 do you suggest for everyday?

Amy Grimes Griffith Has anyone been able to buy Coty Airspun powder in your local store? It seems stores either dont carry it anymore or the color selection is limited to translucent. I am looking for naturelle and muted beige. Cannot find it in stores, only online.

My local CVS store carries it, but I haven't checked to see if they carry more than just translucent. I'll keep my eyes peeled if I see it anywhere else

Hi Emily! Today I bought the Rimmel Metalic Seduction lipstick you mentioned in your video. It seems dark in the tube but decided to give it a try. I also checked out the Rimmel long wearing foundation that you like, however, the lightest color was too dark. I have been wearing the Maybelline 24 foundation and real...ly like it. I tried the Revlon Colorstay but found it dried too fast and clung to every tiny dry spot. Have you tried the liquid mousse makeup yet? I like it but found it was kind of oily. It will not be my summer makeup because it will end up in my lap!Read More

Hey Amy! Yes Metallic Seduction is a darker shade- it also looks nice applied sheer with a lip brush or dotted on with your finger. I also like to take a light shimmery gloss and apply it to the center of my lower lip. Really makes the color pop. I've been using my Maybelline 24 hr. foundation lately as well, and I've been enjoying it. Haven't tried the Liquid Mousse- but if it's an oily product I don't think I want to! Thanks for the heads up!

I've got some great news for some all of you Canadians!
On my search for elf today at the mall I found some other products that surprised me.
While I was in Stitches paying for something I saw a jar of ELF Super gloss Lipglosses. That excited me till I saw the price. 3 dollars each. Then I went to winners. They had the... box set of super gloss. They were 9 dollars a box (another rip off!). They also had the box set of the elf nailpolish but I didnt check the price. They also had some Urban Decay lip products and liquid eyeliner. They also had a wide variety of Too Faced Lipglosses and eyeshadows. By then I was slightly deterred from the lack of ELF so I went to The Real Canadian Superstore. To my surprise they are now carrying Millani Products! So even though I'm going to have to end up ordering elf anyways I now have a Millani seller around me :)Read More

I've noticed this in the states too! I went in a Burlington Coat Factory and they were selling the Plumping Lip Glazes for "only $2.50, usually $6!" I was like "what?". Didn't stop me from buying 3 though (saved on shipping still LOL) However I did say to the girl at the counter that ELF is a product well known for it's main line items only costing $1 each. She said she knew, and that it was a rip off. HA.
