Wow, it has been long time since I come on the book of many faces - My wife, she forget to pay internet bill so nasty men come and cut cable! I try to make new one, but Bill not much of electrician!
Anyway, I make it all by better by updating my website with all Christmas menus and pictures - I think it look very pretty.

First, I answer to Bryan - Wow, you have the expensive taste in the beer. Unfortunately so do I, and I drink most of Vielle Bon Secours so they must take off menu. Maybe there is couple of bottles in cellar, I suggest you are asking the manager next time you visit - he may give you big surprise!

Belgo Bill Katie, I honestly want to tell you, but my Wife, she says I cannot or she never feed me the butter sauce again :( I hope you understand my problem. It is old recipe that has been secret in my family for many years. I am just rubbish at keeping the secrets! I tell you one ingredient - it has butter in - hope that is helping you?

I must give you lots of apologies for not being on the internets over last few days. I decide to go fishing to get lots of tasty lobster for you as many people sad about Surf 'n' Turf.
But I have terrible news - I find only ONE lobster in WHOLE SEA near my village, which I eat myself (I was much hungr...y!!)
It is a food of the season so there will be lobster at Belgo again, I just ask you to be patient. Maybe go make snowmens while you waits???? I will let you all know on my internet site when it return, Belgo promise!
